TheraTub just completed an installation in Oak Grove, Louisiana! 

The customer had a gorgeous bathtub, but it was slowly becoming a hazard. A slip from that height could spell disaster for someone who has trouble moving around.

The removal of the tub left a huge footprint.

The customer decided that he would rather complete the tiling at a future time. This way, he can take the time to locate tile that exactly matches his.

Wide Tub Installation

TheraTub Walk-In Tub completed an installation in Cape Coral yesterday! This is one of our spacious "wide" models, which adds to both the width and the length of our standard-sized tubs. The standard-sized tubs measure 51 inches long and 30 inches wide, but the wide model is bumped up to 56 inches long and 32 inches wide. The height stays the same at 36 inches, but can be extended to 40 inches high.

This week, TheraTub Walk-In Tub replaced a shower in Miramar Beach, FL with one of our beautiful walk-in bathtubs. This was one of the best fitting installations we've ever encountered!

New Installation in Venice, FL

TheraTub just completed a walk-in tub installation in Venice, Florida. 

When our sales representative went to visit this customer, the intent was to position the tub the same as their old diagonal garden tub. However, they decided to, instead, put the walk-in tub against the wall in order to free some space.

They also decided against our usual white tub in favor of the cream colored tub. This more closely matched the earthy tones of their bath space.

HISA Grant and Walk-In Tubs

HISA Grant and Walk-In Tubs

A couple of weeks ago, TheraTub posted pictures of a walk-in tub installation in Riverview, FL. That customer was able to pay for their tub with a HISA grant from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This grant provides medically necessary improvements and structural alterations to Veterans/Servicemembers’ primary residence. 

Veterans and Servicemembers who have a service connected condition may be eligible to receive up to $6,800, which can be used to cover most of the cost (or sometimes ALL of the cost) for one of our walk-in bathtubs! Coverage will be dependent on what amount of the person's condition is service related. 

If they receive the maximum amount, that will cover the cost of a "soaker" tub, which is a tub that allows the ease of access that a low step-in provides, but does not include water or air jets. The maximum amount will pay for most of a walk-in tub that includes water and air jets if the customer wants the benefit of those soothing qualities.

Most walk-in tubs on the market feature a small hatch in the side for installers to access and service the electrical components, but an opening so small offers little room to maneuver, especially if the toilet is located right in front of the area. #TheraTub had this in mind when designing their front panel, which spans the entire height and length of the tub and is easily removable. Customer's 2nd Walk-In Tub!

This is a very special installation for ‪‎TheraTub‬! This is

the 2nd walk-in tub installed in this customer's house

 in Boca Raton! 

One of our installers was called out to Boca Raton to 

perform a service on this customer's walk-in tub. 

After the service was completed, the installer and

 the customer got to talking, and the customer

 mentioned that he could use a walk-in tub in his

 second bathroom, which his wife often uses. The

 installer took some measurements, and within a

 couple of days after the visit the customer ordered

 from us, making him the first double sale TheraTub

 has made!

It was a smaller space than his master bath, so the 

built-in shower bench had to be removed.
