TheraTub Space

TheraTub installed this spacious, wide tub yesterday with striking oil-rubbed bronze faucets yesterday in Winter Springs, FL. Even more striking is the fact that the installer had to maneuver this large tub around the vanity, the glass shower, and the existing low wall next to the shower.

Some of the most frequent questions we receive are whether or not our tubs will fit the space and whether or not the tub will be able to be maneuvered through the residence and into the space. Of course there are cases when a space is simply too small even for our petite sized tubs. Usually, though, the answer is yes, it can work! We may not always know how when we first converse with the customer, but upon seeing pictures and communicating with our installers, it can almost always be figured out. 

Preventing Senior Falls

So many of TheraTub's customers are those who are concerned about their parents' safety as they approach a more advanced age or show signs of being less cautious than their bodies can afford. Be sure watch out for hazards that can impede senior safety, not only while bathing, but in all areas of the home.

TheraTub Time-Lapse Installation

What's really illustrated by this video is the fact that it can lake as little as one day to perform an entire installation, including removal of the old bathtub!
This is also a wonderful demonstration of the fact that our tubs are free-standing. Because of the strong fiberglass composition, it doesn't require a steel frame, making it fairly easy to maneuver it into the tub space, and of course giving us our signature low step-in height.
